A group exhibition on the visibility of care work

Childcare will be provided during the opening event.

Every day, whether at home, at work or in our free time, we will be looked after. Especially, women, lesbians, inter-, non-binary, trans and agender people carry out this care work. This group exhibition brings together various aspects of care work from the perspectives of women, lesbians, inter-, non-binary, trans and agender artists and artistically explores issues relating to care, visibility and social esteem. The artworks offer very personal insights and tell emotional stories of caring for oneself during strokes of fate, of motherhood, of caring for relatives and friends and of the importance of caring and nursing in times of war. I CARE FOR YOU aims to create a space that encourages empathy and reflection on the often overlooked burden of responsibility.
