URBAN BODIES – HUMAN SPACES is an intermedial project of short film and live performance about the reciprocal relationship between the human body and urban space. In the super+CENTERCOURT, a dancer interacts performatively with four experimental short films that deal with different aspects of human existence in urban space. What does the city do to us, what do we do with it? By rethinking the visual ideas of the films and transferring them to the physical level, the performer creates a new scope for interpretation. Projection meets skin, urban atmosphere meets emotion, space and body enter into a symbiosis. In the end, the question arises as to what remains. Is there a city after us?

The live performance takes place on selected days and invites interested people and passers-by to witness the interaction in the semi-public window art space. During the rest of the time, the short films can be viewed continuously from the street.

The event takes place outdoors and can be seen from the outside after dark. If the minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other people cannot be maintained, FFP2 masks are compulsory.
