OPEN STUDIOS 2024
Sunday, 10.11.2024 1-7 pm
Exhibition
On the weekend of November 9 and 10, 2024, the time has come once again: this year’s Open Studios at the PLATFORM will open their doors. Perhaps for the last time!
For 15 years now, PLATFORM has offered 23 studios in which around 40 artists from a wide range of disciplines work. PLATFORM’s diverse exhibition program has always been closely linked to the regular contributions of the studio artists and has culturally enriched the neighborhood and the city. Now the municipal funding is no longer available and the studios and the PLATFORM in its current form are on the brink of collapse.
Once again, those interested have the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and experience the artists’ workplaces up close. In the studios, you will gain deep insights into the creative processes and the artists’ environment. All participating artists are on site and look forward to inspiring conversations and encounters. During the Open Studios, PLATFORM staff will guide you through the exhibitions in German and, if required, also in English.
The group exhibition of PLATFORM studio artists entitled “SATT” will open parallel to the “Open Studios”.
